Janet Hoyle
I have been teaching in the fitness industry for over 15 years with a lifetime relationship with fitness as a way to maintain my overall health with my personal commitment to running, weightlifting and studio classes. I then qualified to teach Exercise to Music, group cycle, conditioning and freestyle step. I progressed on to qualify in kettle bell training, Level 2 Matwork Pilates and also Educational Training.
Having taught high intensity classes for most of my teaching career, I could see the benefits that Pilates brought to many young and old, Pilates also helped me in my teaching of my classes and helped me recover from a back injury sustained whilst training.
I qualified to teach SpineCare Pilates in 2019. The depth of knowledge SpineCare Pilates has given me is invaluable in assisting my teaching and understanding of each person’s individual needs and requirements.
I am passionate about teaching SpineCare Pilates and educating people about their bodies. SpineCare Pilates helps people not only to strengthen, lengthen and tone but is also an invaluable tool to assist rehabilitation. My aim is to give my clients a workout that will make them feel a positive change in their body, alignment, breathing and movement.
When I’m not teaching at The Pilates Studios you can find me continuing to train for my own health, walking, weight training and a little DIY to boot!
