Taught by fully qualified REPS* accredited tutors. All our classes are suitable for all fitness levels and complete beginners. Routines are designed to take you through your aerobic curve and achieve 85% of your maximum heart rate. All classes are to music and last for one hour. You will need a good pair of training shoes and loose comfortable clothing or sports specific wear. Mats and towels provided.

Indoor cycling is an invigorating way to keep fit and healthy. It combines music and enthusiasm to create an electric environment that motivates the rider to push mentally and physically. Riding a spin bike gives each a person the ability to take a mental break and be free from everyday hassles while conditioning the heart and body. Pump the pedals to the beat and train to a new body and attitude. Suitable for both males and females also ideal for teenagers. The low impact nature of indoor cycling is good for those wanting weight loss or to reach a better level of fitness.

Please try one of our introductions, its all about the instructor knowing YOU. You can work as easy or as hard as you like. The class is based around small group personal training so you get the most from your session.

A mixture of the above cycle and kettle bell classes, to give you an aerobic as well as a toning workout. Suitable for all levels and caters for male and females in equal numbers. Popular so please phone to make sure there is a place!
